What is the sound of one hand slapping Schroedinger's cat?

Missing Left Sock Beast [userpic]

Maximon, a.k.a. San Simon, is your
folk saint. A throwback to a Mayan god,
Maximon is a grandfather figure and male
fertility icon who loves cigars and a good
drink; depictions of him include a cigar and,
often, many-colored silk scarves. For favors
and/or advice, give him smokables, incense, and
alcohol (especially rum). His feast day is
Good Friday.

Which reminds me; I need to buy a bottle of rum.

Jesus Malverde
You should worship Jesus Malverde,
"narco-saint," who watches over,
among others, drug runners in northern Mexico.
Probably an amalgam of two bandits from
pre-revolutionary Mexico, Malverde is a Robin
Hood figure sometimes said to have healing
powers as well; his shrine, in Culiacan,
Sinaloa, is a popular worship destination.

Somehow, that doesn't surprise me. ;)

I'm pretty sure he's the one who gives good luck, and helps at gambling and bingo. :)

Is he also associated with Legba?

Not that I've ever seen. Papa Legba is associated with St. Peter, but San Simon is a Mexican folk Saint by himself.
